Orders are dispatched within 5–6 working days, then delivered in 6–8 working days depending on where you are. In total, most orders arrive within two to three weeks.
The wait before dispatch is the handwork — every piece is finished by hand, one at a time.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value, and is shown clearly before you pay.
Yes. Tracking details are sent by email or SMS once your parcel has been shipped.
Message us with your order number and we will chase it. We aren’t able to control delays caused by courier disruptions, weather or local restrictions, but we will always tell you what we know.
No. We are a small team making pieces by hand, so we offer exchange only — change of mind is not a reason for return.
We do accept a piece back if it arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Two days from receiving your order. The piece must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
It is how we verify every claim. The video must start before the package is opened, clearly show the shipping label and the product, have no cuts or edits, and show the issue.
Requests without valid video proof cannot be accepted — so please film as you open the parcel, every time.
We do not offer cash or bank refunds. Where an exchange can’t be fulfilled — if a piece is out of stock, for example — we issue a store credit for the full product value, valid for one year on any future order.

Our size guide lists chest, waist and hip measurements in centimetres. Measure yourself rather than going by the size you usually buy.
If you are between sizes, send us your measurements and we will tell you which we’d pick. That is faster than an exchange.
Very close, but not identical. Everything is handmade or hand-finished, so slight variation in colour, texture and the placement of a motif is natural. We work to at least 95% similarity with the photograph shown.
That variation is the point — it means a person made it.
One of our makers, and her name is on the label and on the product page. You can also browse by maker and see everything a particular woman has made.
Dry clean only. The handwork — crochet appliqué, hand-painted panels, embroidery — does not survive machine washing.
Pure cotton for most pieces, with some in linen or a cotton-linen blend. The exact fabric is listed on every product page.
Usually not. Pieces are made in short runs by hand, so when they’re gone they’re gone. If there is something you want, message us and we’ll tell you honestly whether more are coming.
