General Information

This website is operated by Narimade Retail Private Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms.

All our products are handmade or hand-finished, and slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and part of their charm. We ensure 95% similarity with the displayed image of the product.

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets. We are working on adding the COD option.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-6 business days.

  • You will receive order confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery times vary by location, but typically range from 6-8 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and shown before payment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.

We follow a No Return, Exchange Only policy.

Exchanges are allowed:

  • Only in case of size issues or defective/damaged/wrong product received

  • Must be requested within 1-2 days of receiving the order

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact

Return (only for damaged/wrong items):

  • We accept returns only if the product is defective or incorrect

  • A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory as proof

  • Without video proof, return or exchange will not be accepted

Process:

  • Email us at admin@narimade.com with your order ID, issue, and video proof

  • Our team will review and respond within 2 working days

  • If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide instructions for return/exchange

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • For valid cases where exchange isn’t possible (e.g., out of stock), we issue a store credit equal to the product value. 

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used for any future order.

All website content (images, logos, product names, designs, etc.) is the property of Narimade Retail Private Limited and may not be used or reproduced with any means or any purpose. 

We are not liable for delays, damage during transit, or any indirect losses. Liability is limited to the product value.

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly.
