Exchange and Return Policy

At Narimade, we put great care into crafting and packaging each product. As a small business focused on handcrafted and made-to-order pieces, we follow a No Return, Exchange Only policy.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrongdamaged, or defective product

  • You need a size exchange (if stock is available)

To be eligible for exchange:
  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • A complete unboxing video (from the moment you open the parcel) is mandatory for verification

Include your Order ID, reason for exchange, and the unboxing video

Exchange Process
  1. Send Request: Within 2 days of delivery with all required details

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 working days

  3. Pickup/Shipping: If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share return shipping instructions

  4. Inspection: Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange or issue a store credit.

Not Eligible for Exchange
  • Products without valid unboxing proof

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items used, washed, or returned without original packaging

Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer cash or bank refunds.

If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value.
This credit can be used on any future purchase and is valid for 1 year.

Unboxing Video Guidelines (IMPORTANT)

To be eligible for exchange/return, your video must:

  • Begin before the package is opened

  • Clearly show the shipping label and product

  • Have no cuts or edits

  • Clearly show the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)

We use this video to verify all claims — requests without valid video proof will not be accepted.
